Orders
We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.
Products and Product Information
Should merchandise need to be exchanged or returned, the procedures are as follows:
Customers are required to inspect items immediately upon arrival. Notification of any claim due to shortage, damage or defect will be communicated to GM 1Stores within 60 days of delivery. GM 1Stores will not accept returned items without a Returned Material Authorization Number, which will be obtained from a GM 1Stores customer service representative.
Under no circumstances will a Returned Material Authorization Number be issued after 60 days from the date of delivery.
A Returned Material Authorization Number is valid for thirty (30) days after the date issued. Items must be received within this thirty (30) day period for credit. The Returned Material Authorization Number should be labeled on the outside of the box in permanent marker. Reasons for returns are required at the time of Returned Material Authorization assignment.
All items returned for credit must arrive in the original container and packaging. Returned items must include all accessories, packaging, instructions and other related materials; otherwise, credit will not be granted for any item returned. The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returned items, with the exception of returning damaged goods.
We will not accept returns on drop ship items coming from our suppliers.
All merchandise must have an RMA number to return merchandise. To obtain an RMA number, please contact customer service toll-free at 877.748.2003.
Once the item(s) are returned, the return department may take 10-14 business days to receive the returned material and then accounting may take an additional 7-10 business days to process the refund.
Surveys
From time-to-time our site may conduct surveys and may require that other information be collected. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.

Any provision of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices, which is or becomes unenforceable in any jurisdiction, whether due to being void, invalidity, illegality, unlawfulness or for any reason whatever, shall, in such jurisdiction only and only to the extent that it is so unenforceable, be treated as void and the remaining provisions of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall remain in full force and effect except as modified in writing by Helm Inc.
